My strawberry coconut with almond smoothie This drink is gluten & dairy free. So tasty & very easy to make.

Preparation  5 mins.

Makes 650 ml.

300 g strawberries, hulled & washed
200 g ice cold water or chilled coconut water
100 g coconut cream
50 g almond (I used almond flakes)
30 g natural or raw honey
1/2 tsp level chia seed (optional)

 

Method

1.Place all above ingredients into TM bowl. Cover with MC & blend for 45 seconds / speed 10.

2.Serve in chilled glass.
