This buttery avocado mix is really divine and makes a quite healthy breakfast. Use your choice of bread for this recipe. Poached, half boiled or a sunnyside-up egg is a perfect match for this .

 
Preparation times; 10 mins.
Serves 2 to 3.
 
200 g diced, avocado flesh
50 g diced cucumber (optional) 
25 g finely diced onion
4 tsp organic apple cider vinegar (ACV) 
2 tsp avocado oil or your choice of oil
1 tsp pure maple syrup or honey
2-3  finely chopped fresh red or green chillies (optional)
1/2 tsp level pink himalayan salt or your choice of salt
 Method
1.Place all above ingredients into medium bowl. Gently mix until well combined.

Hints & Tips;
replace organic apple cider vinegar with normal apple cider vinegar 
replace pure maple syrup with honey
lemon juice or lime juice can be substituted for ACV
