Boost the energy for the day and this recipe is diabetic, heart and cholesterol friendly. Very easy and yummy !!!    
 
Preparation times 5 mins.
Serves 2.
 
500 g fresh peeled pineapple (with core) cut into chunks 
100 g Ice cubes 
60 g organic coconut cream
2 level tsp chia seeds (optional)
1/4 level tsp turmeric powder (optional)
 
Method
 
1. Add all above ingredients in to TM bowl, cover with MC and puree 30 seconds / speed 10.
 
2. Pour into two prepared glasses and garnish with some roasted fine desiccated coconut or coconut cream – bliss !!!
 
Hints & Tips:
 

 

The core of the pineapple is also eaten and contains valuable vitamins and nutrients.
