Tropical flavour, this drink is diabetic, heart and cholesterol friendly and boosts energy for the day.
Preparation times 10 mins.
500 g fresh peeled pineapple (with core) cut into chunks
100 g Ice cubes
60 g organic coconut cream
2 level tsp chia seeds (optional)
1.Place all ingredients into the blender and blend on high speed until a smooth puree.
2.Pour into two prepared glasses and garnish with some roasted fine desiccated coconut or coconut cream.

The core of the pineapple is also eaten and contains valuable vitamins and nutrients.
