There many versions of this classic green salsa verde. This one go well with grilled, steam, panfry or oven baked meat, fish and many variety of vegetables, can drizzled over cooked  pasta. 

Preparations time 10 minutes.

50g parsley
1 (6-8g) garlic clove
1 tsp capers
4 ( 12g) anchovies fillets
2 tsp lime or lemon juice or 1 ½ tsp organic apple cider vinegar
50g olive oil
½ tsp whole grain mustard

1. Place garlic and capers into TM bowl. Chop for 3 seconds / speed 7.

2. Place all remaining ingredients into TM bowl. Turbo blitz 3-4 times. Until your desired consistency. (After 2 turbo blitzed, open the TM lid and scrape down sides of bowl with spatula. Then turbo blitz again).

Tips & Hints
Additional  flavour; add some chopped red or green chillies,
or  at the same time, add chilli to the above salsa ingredients and then turbo blitz.
