This sauce goes very well with fruits, ice crème, cakes, crêpe,
Biscuits and many more sweet treats.
Preparations + cooking times under 15 minutes.
200g water
110g cocoa powder ( I used nestle brand)
250g castor sugar or your choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp ground salt
Method
- Place water into TM bowl. Cover with MC and heat water at 60°c / 2 minutes / speed 1.
2. Place cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla and salt into warm water mixture, cover with MC and mix for speed 7 / 5 seconds.
3. Remove MC cup and cook sauce for 7 minutes / 80°c / reverse / speed 2.
Make 450ml sauce.
