A contemporary take on one of the best and healthiest salads. This salad is good for any body specially  those who like having a healthy diet. Very  good for those who have  high blood sugar or high blood pressure. No added oil to this recipe and is very easy to make and enjoyable.
Preparation times : 10 minutes
Seves 2.
1 medium avocado, flesh about 150 g, diced
100 g tomatoes, 1 cm size diced  
100 g cucumber, seeded, skin on or off if necessary, 1 cm size diced
50 g purple onion or your choice of onion, 1 cm size diced
1 to 3 fresh green or red chillies (optional) thinly sliced  
1 tbs fresh lime or lemon juice
1/2 level tsp ground pink himalayan salt or your choice of salt
1/4 level tsp ground turmeric
2 Handfuls of salad leaves
1 handful of macadamia nuts (about 50 to 75 g) or your choice of nuts (optional) 
1. In a  suitable bowl( except the salad leaves), place avocado, tomato, cucumber and onion and then the salt, chilli, turmeric and lime juice.
2.Tossed all ingredients until well combined.
3. Arrange salad leaves on each serving plate. Top with avocado salad then chopped nuts.
